The National Council of Business Excellence (NCBE) follows a structured review process to ensure that only businesses that exemplify excellence and integrity are recognized. Each business considered for an NCBE award is evaluated through the following methods:
Reputation Review
We examine a company’s overall reputation in its community and industry. This includes online presence, customer feedback, and general public perception.
Customer Satisfaction
Businesses are assessed on their ability to consistently deliver positive customer experiences. We review available testimonials, ratings, and demonstrated service quality.
Business Integrity
NCBE considers how businesses operate in terms of transparency, ethical practices, and professionalism. Companies that uphold trust and honesty are prioritized.
Longevity & Stability
Companies that have demonstrated stability and resilience, whether through years in operation or consistent growth, are recognized as leaders in reliability.
Community & Industry Impact
We look for businesses that go beyond their bottom line by contributing to their industry or community, whether through innovation, leadership, or local involvement.
Independent Evaluation
Final selections are made at the sole discretion of NCBE’s review committee, which ensures that each awardee truly reflects the standards of excellence our organization represents.
NCBE awards are based on independent evaluation by our organization. They are not government certifications, nor do they guarantee compliance with laws or regulations.
